What should I send for a quote?

Tell us the type of project, your city and approximate dimensions. A photo helps us understand the space; you can attach it in your SMS app.

Where do you work?

Do the measurements have to be exact?

Approximate dimensions are enough to start the conversation. We can discuss precise measurements before the project moves ahead.

Can you replace broken window or door glass?

Yes. Send an SMS with two photos: a close-up of the broken glass and the entire window or door to identify its model. Include your city and rough dimensions. We will review the existing system before confirming the replacement.

Can fog between panes be wiped away?

Moisture trapped inside a sealed insulated unit cannot be wiped from the room side. Send photos of the entire window and the fogged area; we can assess replacement of the glass unit and check the surrounding window system.

Can you replace just the glass in a storefront?

We assess the existing frame, glass type and access to determine the right replacement. Send a photo of the full storefront, a close-up of the damage and approximate dimensions by SMS.
